These two situations
For non-customized wholesale kits
Unopened, unused goods may be returned within 7 working days after delivery.
A restocking fee will apply and all return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
Opened packages cannot be returned.
For custom/OEM mould & plaster doll orders
All custom‑made items are final sale. We do NOT accept returns or refunds due to buyer‑side changes of mind, ordering mistakes or slow resale.
If manufacturing defects are confirmed after inspection within 7 business days upon delivery, we will offer replacement or partial compensation instead of full return.
